Experience a Valentine's Day event dedicated to deep connection and self-discovery, embracing love in all its forms!
Join us in celebrating the essence of love, whether you're single or in a relationship. This event is open to everyone—couples and individuals alike. Prepare for an evening of profound connections and intimacy. We'll conclude the evening with a movie, complete with popcorn and cozy snuggles in the loft.
The morning will greet us with shared breakfast preparations, fostering connections in front of the warm woodstove.
Experience the power of Authentic Relating and Somatic Co-Regulation. Dive into a journey of self-awareness, empathy, and emotional intelligence. Through interactive exercises and group discussions, we'll explore authentic communication and learn to listen and express ourselves with vulnerability. We will discover the joy of being seen and understood, and cultivate meaningful connections with others.
Authentic Relating, simplifies the connection process with structured, guided experiences.
These practices will lead us through a guided version of inquiry and body awareness unlike many forms of group connecting I've experienced outside of AR.
About Our Facilitator
Zach's transformation journey stems from leaving behind his Orthodox Jewish upbringing at 17, paving the way for the life he now cherishes.
He's transmuted his core wound of not being seen and not feeling a sense of belonging, into his core passion. He is dedicated to creating a space for exploration, delving into inner selves and releasing the past held within our bodies. It's a space where all aspects of ourselves are acknowledged—a place to belong in our joys, love, discomfort, pain, shame, and a place to been seen and belong within the complete spectrum of human experience. Through somatic practices, he guides the integration of fragmented aspects of ourselves.
Zach is the creator of The Forest Haven—a community space in the Hudson Valley, NY—he draws from a background in Somatics, Authentic Relating, Breathwork, Meditation, Thai Massage, Yoga, Event Planning, Business, Entrepreneurship, and Community Organizing.
