About the Facilitators: Stef and Zach derive nourishment from connection and the witnessing of individuals embracing their full embodied selves. Their passion for creating sacred spaces and guiding others on transformative journeys is at the heart of this unique and empowering event.
Stef is the Founder & Director of ESKFF Nest, Healing Arts refuge and retreat center, Woodstock, NY. She is a visionary retreat leader, community builder, collaborator, mother of 3 adult children, host and facilitator of spiritually diverse transformational immersive healing art experiences.
Her mission is to make the mystical practical in healing service to others through the creation of spiritually diverse, artistic, sustainable community, and the cultivation of psycho-spiritual wholeness.
Stefanie’s modalities include: Healing Arts through music, sound healing, flute, dance, leading nature experiences, creating ceremony, rituals, altars, master gardener, herbalist, mushroom farmer, and is trained in leading Talking Circles with the Four Worlds Institute.
Stefanie is currently a co- coordinator with The Hudson Valley Psychedelic Society and has held positions on multiple board of directors including COSM (Alex Grey’s Church of Sacred Mirrors), Brooklyn Community Healthcare Network, ICEC (Indigenous Cultural Education Center), HUGS (Humans Unifying Global Solutions) & the ESKFF@Mana Contemporary Arts Center.
Stefanie began her relationship with Hape over 13 years ago and has served hundreds privately and in communal ceremonies.
Zach feels nourished through connection. He finds joy when guiding others to connect with the pieces of themselves that want to be seen.
Transmuting his core wound of not being seen and not feeling a sense of belonging, into his core passion, Zach has set on a path to hold space for those open to explore their inner selves and where their bodies may be holding the past. A space to be seen in all of our parts, a place to belong in all of our joys, love, discomfort, pain, shame, and the full range of the human experience.
Zach is the creator of The Forest Haven and has a background in Somatics, Authentic Relating, Breathwork, Meditation, Thai Massage, Yoga, Business, Entrepreneurship, Community Organizing, and is a coordinator with The Hudson Valley Psychedelic Society (HVPS).
